Terms and conditions

Thank you for using our Informato services (the "services"). By using the services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 You must follow these guidelines when using our services:

  • you must not use these services in an abusive manner
  • you may only use them within the limits of the law
  • you do not acquire any intellectual property rights by using the services
  • you may not use the logo or branding of our services without written permission

To use our services, you must create an Informato account. To ensure security, please do not give out your account credentials to anyone. If you do, we will not be liable for any misuse of your stored information.

You will be able to store/upload information to your account as you wish. We protect the contents so that third parties cannot access them. As the provider of the service, we are not responsible for the content stored. Once you have opened an account according to the specific terms and conditions (see below), the information (saved messages) will be selectively accessed by the people you specify in your contacts. Therefore, when uploading information, please consider carefully to whom this information will be made available after the account has been accessed.

You must set up a so-called "primary contact" in your account. The primary contact is the person who receives information about the creation of the account. This person will also be able to contact you in case of unconfirmed activity before the account is accessible for all contacts from the list, according to the specific terms and conditions. This person does not have any other rights. Therefore, he/she cannot work with the account or see information except for those you selected for him/her.

Accessing your account means that all the contacts you have in your account will be able to see the information (saved messages) that you have given them access to. Account access is only possible in the following cases:

  1. the account holder has repeatedly failed to confirm regular activity via email
  2. the account holder has set a date for his account to be automatically accessed

To use our services, you must subscribe for a selected period. If you do not wish to renew after this period, your data will be deleted.

You can cancel your account in the service at any time. In this case, the subscription fee already paid will not be refunded and all saved messages and contacts will be deleted.

We are continuously modifying and improving our services. We may add or remove features on an ongoing basis, and we may suspend or terminate the entire service. We do not commit to anything in this regard.

These terms and conditions and the relationships related to the providing of our services are governed by Czech law. When using the service, you must not violate the laws of the country in which you are located.

Any legal disputes arising in relation to the providing of our services will be settled by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.

As a company based in the European Union, we follow all European Union regulations and Czech laws regarding the protection of personal data and provide our customers with security and peace of mind. These benefits are offered to all our customers, regardless of which country they are in.

We value our customers, we are always transparent, we don't hide our contacts, so you don't have to worry about your data and we are always available if you have any questions.

These terms and conditions are valid from 1.12.2021. JPD Agency reserves the right to change them at any time.
